Island BBQ Marinade
Cattlemen's BBQ Sauce and French's Worc Sauce are complementary partners in
this mouthwatering marinade accented with Caribbean herbs and spices, garlic
and pineapple juice.
INGREDIENTS QTY PROCEDURE
Marinade
Cattlemens Original or Smoky BBQ Sauce 1 Qt. Combine Cattlemen's BBQ
Pineapple juice Sauce, pineapple juice,
French's Worcestershire Sauce French's Worc. Sauce, brown
Brown Sugar sugar, jerk seasoning and
Caribbean jerk seasoning 6 Tbsp garlic. Mix throughly in
Crushed garlic, commercially prepared 2 Tbsp nonreactive bowl. Cover
and chill to hold.
SHELLFISH
Shrimp, 21 to 25 count, frozen 6 Lb. Pour marinade over
Wooden skewers, soaked in water As needed butterflied, peeled and
deveined, skewered shrimp.
Cover and marinate for 1
hr. Grill as desired.
