General Description
Select, aged cayenne peppers are used to produce a rich, red, flavorful hot sauce very similar to the original hot sauce. It has outstanding flavor and aroma but with twice the heat level. It doesn't "burn" out other flavors when used as an ingredient. All natural, contains no gums, starches, or other additives.
Moderately thick, deep red sauce with strong aroma and high heat level.

Hotter-Than-Buffalo Wings:
Combine 3 cups Hotter RedHot Sauce to 2 cups hot clarified butter and toss
with approximately 160 chicken wings (20 lbs.). Serve with bleu cheese dip
and celery sticks.
