General Description
Select, aged cayenne peppers are used to produce a rich, red flavorful hot sauce. This is the "original" hot sauce; it has outstanding flavor and aroma with a moderate heat level. It doesn't "burn" out other flavors when used as an ingredient. All natural, contains no gums, starches, or other additives.

Combine 3 cups RedHot Sauce to 2 cups hot clarified butter and toss with
approximately 160 chicken wings (20 lbs.). Serve with bleu cheese dip and
celery sticks.
