Durkee Imitation Clear Vanilla Flavor offers an economical and flavorful alternative to pure vanilla extract. Flavored with vanillin, Durkee Imitation Clear Vanilla Flavor has a sweet, smooth flavor that will enhance desserts and sweet foods. This product contains no alcohol. It is completely clear and can be used in applications where dark colored pure or imitation vanilla is not desirable.
This clear product is valued by bakers and pastry chefs. Since this product does not contain alcohol, it will not dissipate when used during baking or when added to hot liquids like pure vanilla extract does.

This product is packaged in quart and gallon sized clear recyclable plastic bottles with tamper evident foil-lined inner seals. The quart bottles also have a pour spout lid for ease of measuring. For best results, store tightly closed in a cool dry place.
