Durkee Imitation Double Strength Vanilla Flavor has a more complex and balanced flavor than other imitation vanillas. Its flavor profile more closely matches pure vanilla extract but it is heat stable and ideal for baking. This product contains no alcohol.

Since this product does not contain alcohol, it will not dissipate when used during baking or when added to hot liquids like pure vanilla extract does. The flavor is more complex and balanced and is closer to the flavor of pure vanilla extract.
