A blend of sugar, typical BBQ spices, hickory smoke, salt and MSG. Its flavor is salty, sweet, pungent, warm and smokey. It is rusty-orange in color and is smaller in granulation than seasoning salt or regular tablesalt.

Use in cooking and as a sprinkle on at the table. Start by using 1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon per serving and adjust from there.
