Durkee Six Pepper Blend is a zesty mix of black and white pepper, red and green bell peppers, plus chili peppers. The product is multi-colored and somewhat coarse in appearance.

Serving Suggestions

Durkee Six Pepper Blend gives a little kick to chicken, shrimp, burgers, steaks, rice and vegetables. Add a dash to eggs, salads, hash browns and baked potatoes.

Preparation

Sprinkle on during grilling, roasting or baking. Or add as a recipe ingredient; replacing the salt from the original recipe. Use 1/4 teaspoon per serving, taste and adjust seasoning.
