    To Thaw Frozen Product:
    Place frozen preroasted beef (in plastic wrapper) in refrigerator for 48 hours in order to thaw. Proper thawing insures a better finished product.

    HEATING METHOD #1: OVEN WARMING:
  • Remove refrigerated roast from plastic wrapper and place in suitable bake pan.
  • Pour bag drippings into pan with meat, cover meat with aluminum foil or an inverted bake pan.
  • Heat in preheated oven (from thawed state) 45 minutes @ 300'F - Convection Oven; 2 hours @ 225'F - Conventional Oven.
  • For natural au Jus, add 3 parts water or milk beef stock to bag drippings.
  • Strain, heat and serve.

    HEATING METHOD #2:
  • Slice refrigerated roast cold; place slice on china plate; cover with food grade plastic.
  • Heat in microwave oven at 2-10 second heating intervals.
  • Remove from microwave oven; replate slice on very hot service dinner plate.
  • Place very hot au Jus on slice of meat, or under slice of beef, depending on desired degree of doneness. Serve hot at once.
